The story
Old-bush leaves from Anxi's heartland, finished with the traditional medium roast that converts grassy edges into orchid and baked fruit. The first cup pours golden honey; by the third the mineral bone shows itself; by the seventh the cup still smells of flowers. That patience is the courtesy Tieguanyin owes its drinker.
