The story
Only the plumpest single buds are picked, each cloaked in fine silver down. They are laid out under the sun for a day and a night — never rolled, never fired — so the spring wind sealed inside the bud reaches the cup unchanged. Three years on, it grows sweeter still. A tea that ages alongside its drinker.
